Background: Many places, many areas
I have worked for 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry at the regional and global levels for a variety of companies and products. These include biologics, parenterals, microspheres, radiopharmaceuticals, tablets, and others.
My primary focus has been GMP Quality Assurance, including Documentation creation and review, Investigations, Auditing (supplier and lab audits, PAI readiness, internal audits), Inspection support.
I also have experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, having run production lines and vial inspection areas. Additionally, I have worked in Validation (equipment, cleaning, and process) as well as Data Integrity assessment and remediation.
I have a Green Belt in Six Sigma and a project management certification.

Throughout my career in the pharmaceutical industry, I have worked with many different consultants, some exceptional and others less so. After hiring many for different roles, I learned what skills and talents help make a successful consultant. These includes the importance of reliability, productivity, collaboration, and broad depth of experience.
Now as a consultant, my goal is to be the consultant I always wanted to hire.
